Black Realty Group (a black-owned private real estate investment club) based in Gilbert, Arizona has acquired Block Property Management (a Gilbert, Arizona based property management company that manages a private portfolio of investment properties owned by professional athletes, entertainers, and high profile individuals) adds to its portfolio of companies.
This acquisition comes on the heels of announcing an intention to launch a $1million investment in properties across the west coast. The Black Realty Group membership base is composed of accredited and non-accredited investors who pool their funds to make purchases of key properties that have potential for high returns in cash flow and equity.
